Oh how I want to throw all my homework in the bin and just immerse myself in this universe of blogs!
Alas, of late, homework has prevailed as victorious.. but only for 7 more months! However, I thought I'd procrastinate for just a little while to come and share my inspiration for my decorations at my 18th birthday party! (which was some weeks ago now..)
Autumn (and all things leafy) was my muse.
And here a couple of pics of how my decos turned out!
I had my guests write on the little leaves on my tree, kind of like a guest-book, and there were more leaf garlands all around the room. I think it turned out pretty cute! And my mama and bro made gourmet Turkish wraps for lunch which were oh-so-yummy!
Fun fun times! :)
I feel very blessed for having all my friends come and celebrate with me! And I'm very thankful for all the help that I had from my ma, my bro and my sis-in-law, who helped me pull together such a fun (and cute!) party!
