Welcome to my first post!
I'm very excited to begin this blogging adventure, and I can't wait to explore and learn more :) This post was a spontaneous one, and so I have little to share..
Here are a few random facts about me, to welcome you to my world:
I'm currently doing year 12, and I'm very good at neglecting my homework. I love school, but homework not so much. My poor desk must feel so un-loved lately. I'll visit you soon desky!
I love movies! My favourite being Pixar animated movies like Finding Nemo and WALL-E. But chick flicks go down alright too. (The Wedding Planner just came on TV; "I only eat the brown ones (M&Ms). I figure they have less artificial colouring because they're already brown." Haha! Love it!)
I love moments when I feel like I'm in a TV show - like about 10 minutes ago when my mum asked me if my school bag had dried yet (because it POURED raining today, and my school is not a flood friendly school) and I replied with "umm.. yeah I think so." Not realising that I was quoting Lofty off Bob the Builder word for word.
I love cleaning my room and organising everything, but sadly I never have time, and so it looks like, as my mum would say, "I opened the door and threw the clothes in." My wardrobe lives on the floor. I dream that one day I may have the satisfaction of crossing "clean room" off my list (yes, I'm a list person). And did I mention I share a room with my sister? (Weird you might say, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's my best friend :) She would also like me to clean our room.
And I love God! He is my saviour and best friend, and I just wouldn't be able to live without him! Literally. He makes everyday brighter, and blesses me incredibly! Especially when I don't deserve it. Jesus, I love you!
